Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us about the waste, the amount and the access available. Quotes are an estimate until confirmed and may be adjusted if the actual job differs from what was described. We will always let you know before any change.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you. We will do our best to attend at the agreed time, but timings may be affected by traffic, weather or earlier jobs. We will keep you informed where possible.

5. Access requirements

You are responsible for arranging safe and reasonable access to the waste, including any parking, gates or entry needed. Where collection access is limited, this may affect what we can remove and the price.

6. Describing your waste accurately

Please describe your waste as accurately as you can, including the type, amount and any heavy or awkward items. Sending photos on WhatsApp helps us bring the right vehicle and team. Inaccurate descriptions may affect the quote or our ability to complete the job.

7. Waste types and restricted items

We remove general, garden, bulky and mixed non-hazardous waste. Some hazardous or restricted items cannot be collected as general waste. If you are unsure about an item, please check with us first. We may decline to remove items we are not able to handle.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed with you before or at the time of the work, based on the quote provided.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

10. Collection and our responsibilities

We aim to carry out our work with reasonable care and skill and to leave the area tidy. We handle the loading and removal of waste where access safely allows.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for issues caused by inaccurate information or restricted access. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
